Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Manager. The Insurance Manager will be responsible for managing a team, providing top-notch customer service, generating sales, and overseeing insurance operations for the company.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Finance and Insurance
• Proven experience in Team Management and Customer Service
• Excellent Sales and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Relevant certification or licensure in insurance is a plus

Expected Experience

• 1-2 years of professional experience in the insurance industry.

Salary Expectation: 2,40,000 – 3,60,000 PA.
