Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Credit Card Specialist. The Credit Card Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients seeking credit card assistance. The specialist will also need to have knowledge and expertise of credit card options available, sales, and finance. The specialist will be required to communicate with clients to understand their requirements, and assist them in choosing a credit card option that suits their financial needs.

Salary Expectations

• 30,000 – 35,000 per month.
• Target and performance based job.

Experience

• Minimum 4 – 5 years in banking sector.
