Key responsibilities include:
- Answering telephones and responding to email inquiries in the office.
- Assessing the service requirements of clients and connect them with the vendor/partner.
- Analyzing client’s issues and providing recommendations to fix problems.
- Ensuring each client is given the necessary services and following up to fill ongoing service needs.
- Maintaining good relationships with service providers and clients to enhance company’s growth.
- Expanding the list of partners and vendors to assure there are no gaps in services.
- Drafting quotation based upon client’s requirement.
- Maintaining a database of clients, partners & vendors.
Basic Requirements
- 1-3 years of industry experience or a related customer service experience required.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- High quality organizational skills.
- The ability to work well under deadlines and to multitask.
- The ability to build relationships and coalitions within the community.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
