Required Sales and Marketing Manager –
(PVC, CPVC, PPR, HDPE & LDPE Pipes and fitting Manufacturing Company
CORE FUNCTIONS:
- Establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
- Manages an assigned geographic sales area or product line to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
- Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.
- Development of new customers and create new markets
Functional responsibility:
1. To make sales and marketing of PVC, CPVC, LDPE, HDPE and PPR pipes and Fittings.
2. Develops sales and marketing strategies and plans that add value to the achievement of company’s goals and objectives.
3. Assigns job to staff and directing, coaching, supervising, and leading them to achieve the desired sales output.
4. Conducts periodic review of media market surveys, customer research, market conditions, competitor data, and implements marketing plan changes in order to identify new potential clients and market.
5. Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
6. Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
7. Evaluates sales targets of team, execution plan and accomplishments towards planning results.
8. Pricing of finished goods to the interest of Company.
9. Guides pricing strategy and give adequate inputs to business to develop pricing strategies, balancing objectives and customer satisfaction.
10. Guides production planning
11. Establish and maintain healthy customer relationships in terms of business promotion.
12. Review of credibility of the customers, limit, outstanding, collections etc.
13. Establish and maintain healthy customer relationships.
14. Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
15. Ensure, in cooperation with finance, the financial records and controls.
16. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of company products and/or services, analyzing business development needs and monitoring market trends.
17. Compile and /or design lists / catalogues / technical brochures for company products or services.
18. Ensure both stock and information security, in line with company security policies.
19. Coordination with other departments.
20. Periodical staff evaluation and promotion.
21. Reporting to the Finance and accounts Head and Internal Auditor and General Manager.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹40,000.00 per month
