FS will manage the performance of the group of FE linked with an RBO and will assist the Manager (FI) in this entire task.
FS will also monitor attendance, visits and performance of all FE under him and will coordinate with the Manager (FI) at RBO, HR Vendor and client.
FS will monitor the collection and submission of duly filled-up AOF and OVD/Documents from FE at the respective Branch/Nodal Branch/RBO.
FS will work at RBO under the guidance of the Manager (FI). (List of customers and other details will be shared by the Manager (FI).
FS will assist the Manager (FI) in the data entry of AOF in the Workflow System.
FS will report to the Manager (FI) and designated person at the client for reporting of Attendance, Performance and MIS.
