Job Description

• The Agency Manager will be responsible for handling a team of advisors and driving the development of a strong variable agency model in the assigned geography.
• Achieving top-line revenue targets through the variable agency model and meeting renewal targets for the channel will be key responsibilities.
• Experience in building a sales team and scaling it up
• Candidates must have excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, along with a strong knowledge of the life insurance market and products.
• Prior experience in building and scaling a sales team is preferred, and fluency in local and English language is required.
