Brief About TiTLi:

Together Transforming Learning India (TiTLi) is a training organization that empowers Anganwadis to make children ready for formal schooling. Our purpose is to skill a generation of Early Childhood Educators and Caregivers in the rural education ecosystem. We work with governments and CSRs. TiTLi, since its inception in 2015, has achieved significant milestones and benefitted 65,000+ families, trained and impacted 3,700 anganwadi staff with its work covering multiple districts and states.

Work Profile:

Job Title: Freelance Trainer (Female candidate)

Positions: 2

Job Location: Bokaro district (local candidates preferred)

Joining: Immediate

Stipend: Competitive allowance based on number of days worked

Necessary Requirement:

• Passionate about Early Childhood Education
• Strong Academic Background (B.ed or any experience in teaching/ Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or Certificate program in Early Childhood Education will be preferred)
• Excellent communication skills.
• Reading, writing, and speaking in English and Hindi.
• Basic understanding of technology, knowledge on MS Office & Internet.
• Should be well-organized, proactive, open-minded, highly responsible, and supportive.
• Must be a good team worker.
• Should be ready to travel to rural areas for training when needed.

Position Summary:

As a member of TiTLi, your roles and responsibilities will be as follows:

• Candidate will be provided with extensive training (online & offline) prior to conducting training on ground.
• Conducting offline ECE training.
• Attend the ECD trainings held online and actively participate with them.
• Help with documentations and compilation of reports during the training.
• Ongoing communications with the team members.

Job Types: Freelance, Contractual / Temporary, Part-time
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹360,000.00 per year
