Position – Area Sales Manager – Critical Care
Location – Multiple locations (Raipur | Kolkata | Delhi | Mumbai | Field Work)
CTC – 5-7 LPA (CTC will include variable) candidate with 3-4 Years Experience
CTC – 7-10 LPA (CTC will include variable) candidate with 5-7 Years Experience

What we want you to do:
● Identify, connect, and establish relationships with clinicians in critical care by visiting their clinics/hospitals.
● Promote critical care products, services, and tests to healthcare professionals.
● Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on critical care products, services, and tests.
● Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote critical care products, services, and tests.
● Analyze market trends and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing collateral and promotional campaigns.
● Provide feedback to product development teams on customer needs and preferences.
● Meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
● Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
● Analyze competitors’ performance to safeguard and further promote our position in the market.
What we are looking for:
● A degree completed in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacy, microbiology, or a related field is preferred.
● Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on critical care products, services, and tests.
● Strong knowledge of critical care products, services, and tests.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● Ability to travel frequently.
● Outstanding verbal and written communication.
● Goal-oriented, committed, and relentless approach to work.
● Interest in understanding and sharing medical innovations.
● Strong connections with top clinicians in the region.
