Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Senior Manager role based in Ranchi. The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, developing and implementing business strategies, improving customer experience, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in managing teams and operations
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies
• A customer-centric approach with a focus on improving customer experience and satisfaction
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in the entertainment, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field

SALARY

25,000- 35,000 PER MONTH
