Role Description

This is a full-time Assistant Manager role at The Satya group of companies located in Ranchi. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the management and coordination of daily business operations including startup building for our supermarket project. This includes overseeing employees & monitoring inventory with financial knowledge.

Qualifications

• Management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Negotiation Skills
• Computer Knowledge (advanced) Required
