Responsibilities and Duties:
· Greet and welcome guests as they come and go. Maintain visitor’s log book.
· Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.
· Handle queries and address complaints.
· Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
· Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line.
· Take messages and pass them on to the receiver.
· Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
· Regularly check and sort emails.
· Keep inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
· Organizing and maintaining files and records and updating them when necessary.
Handle other administrative duties when required and assigned.
Requirements:
· Any bachelor’s degree or high school diploma degree with 2-3 years of proven experience.
· Prior experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or relevant position.
· Must know how to use office machinery like a printer, scanner, and basic computer knowledge (MS office).
· Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeeping.
· Excellent communication, written, and people skills.
· Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
Problem-solving ability with analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month
