  • EBITDA margins to be in line with the targeted revenue.
  • Budget planning to be done before the Financial Year.
  • Sales plan to be submitted based on quarterly basis & segment wise details to be formulated.
  • Responsible for achieving revenue goals, guest and associate satisfaction and the financial performance of Soulinaire- Taj Enterprises Limited.
  • Conducts meetings for the entire team to ensure effective & synchronized approach for achieving the targets.
  • Liaises with the credit manager to review the credit status.
  • Provides customer intelligence in evaluating the market and economic trends that may lead to changes in sales strategy to meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Develops strong partnerships with local organizations to further increase brand/product awareness.
