Job Description
- Co-ordinates with HR Team on the HR processes as laid down by the Corporate and the
- Unit Create a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development and use the feedback from ESS to draw an action plan.
- Develop systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency and employee satisfaction. Recruitment and Performance Appraisal/ Management of the staff in the Unit Develop & Implement the annual plan using the
- TBEM framework, linking the department’s objectives to the unit’s overall strategy. -Monitoring in house training. -Implement and sustain Tata Code of Conduct and value systems

Requirements :
- Time Office operations and generating various reports
- Payroll Administration
- HRMS Administration
- Conducting quarterly Employee Satisfaction Surveys and ESS
- Preparing an Action Plan for EST.S, and ESS and monitor compliance
- HR Monthly Reports as per Corporate Standards
- Preparing Annual and Monthly Training Calendar in co-ordination with HOD’S Monitoring STARS at the unit.
- Conducting Town hall meeting
- Administrating all Statutory Compliance on regular basis Performance Management System for Staff and Liaison with Staff Welfare Union and
- Executives Management Managing Employee Relations, redressing staff personal problems
- Liaison with all Government Agencies Administration of all Contract Labour
- Conducting various welfare activities Promotion of Community Development
- Activities Rationalize manpower utilization and carryout
