Job Description- Operations Manager

We bring with us a strong recruitment experience with almost 3 years into entry level hiring and handling call center processes.

Established in 2018, we started with a team of 20 recruiters and now stand at a strength of 150+ recruiters and call center agents with an amazing in-house product to handle all your recruitment and customer support needs.

With an experience of recruiting across many states, we have our geographical footprint in over 20+ states with an association of more than 200 local vendors and training institutes across India.

Salary – 25000-30000 CTC

Job Responsibilities:

● Strategize long/short-term roadmaps for the client in conjunction with the Jarvis senior management.

● Define processes and comprehensive plans of action for imminent/ad-hoc client needs.

● Build scenario-specific plans for all possible outcomes/events during the last-mile campaign execution.

● Coordinate cross-functionally with zonal operations and central tech/communication teams.

● Ensure daily operational performance reporting for higher management and clients whilst showcasing day-by-day progress of the projects/new initiatives.

● Showcase proactive stakeholder management to ensure a positive long-term relationship with our clients.

● Perform QC for the reports received.

● Create presentations & reports.

Requirements and Qualifications:

● Candidates having a strong grasp of the political landscape in India will have an advantage.

● Should be Bachelors in any field (Mandatory).

● Only those candidates can apply who are available for full-time (in-office).

● Skill(s) required-MS-Office, MS-Excel, Google sheets & google docs, reporting, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written), Hindi Proficiency (Spoken), Hindi Proficiency (Written).
