Job Description:
- Conduct classroom/online training sessions on the product, process, soft skills and sales skills
- Conduct skills gap analysis of trainee to identify areas of improvement
- Identify training needs and creates customized training programs and inventions around them
- Monitoring existing individuals, identifying training need, and organizing refresher training programs to relaunch individuals back to high performance
- Content creation (ILT modules, e-learning modules, collaterals, learner guide, and facilitator guides)
- Responsible to escalate possible new hire attrition and flag poor performance, misfit skills, or behavioral issues in training promptly
- Providing resources and assistance through refresher training sessions
- Determines training needs by auditing counselling sessions, studying sales results and reports
- Analyze day to day needs for training in the sales team
- Develop material required for training
- Develop new approaches and techniques for making improvements in training programs
- Maintain and update records of training material
R equired skills:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Trainer (Mandatory Experience: 2 to 3 years in training)
- Preferred Qualification: Graduate or MBA in Marketing/ Human Resource or its equivalent
- Ability to manage the full training cycle
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient with Google suite
- Phenomenal communication, presentation, and public speaking skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Critical thinking and decision making
- Knowledge of video creation is a plus
