We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HORECA Sales Manager to lead our HORECA division. The primary focus of this role is to drive revenue by promoting and selling Tent Studio’s products to hotels, restaurants, and catering businesses. Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the HORECA sector, aligning with overall company objectives and revenue targets.
  • Identify and target key accounts within the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, and catering companies. 
  • Develop and nurture relationships with potential clients to convert leads into sales opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers and influencers in the HORECA sector. Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the product development and design teams to customize offerings and propose tailored solutions that meet the specific needs and requirements of HORECA clients.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HORECA sales team, setting clear objectives and motivating team members to achieve sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews and offer training and support as needed.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to the HORECA segment. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial contact to contract negotiation and deal closure. Ensure efficient management of sales pipelines and timely follow-ups with prospects.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth within the HORECA division.
  • Work closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and projects. Provide valuable insights and collaborate on promotional campaigns and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction levels and address any issues or concerns promptly. Strive to enhance customer experience and loyalty through exceptional service and support.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in business Managment or bachelor’s degree or equivalent with experience enough.
  • 3 – 4 years’ prior HORECA related business development experience
  • Proven experience in HORECA business development, operations, and team leadership.
  • Strong leadership and management abilities.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Financial acumen and ability to drive profitability.
