Job description

Job Summary: To Manage the Branch Operations and take responsibility for the Profit and Loss of the Branch, effectively managing the customer satisfaction rate by maintaining the benchmark of inventory to turnover ratio.

• To manage the Branch Operation activities and be the custodian of:

– Operational hours

– Key Management

– Security management

– Orderliness and housekeeping

• To organize and Decorate the store in an effective way to utilize the space

– Change the decoration every 15 days to get new feeling and new arrivals

• To contribute into team Management from recruitment to exit

– Providing training, coaching, development, and motivation for the core team

• Conduct the Marketing activities from time to time, to ensure the store gets enough walk-ins

• To manage the security and surveillance of the store

• To Ensure customer journey cycle flows as per the process benchmarking

• To manage and control the accounting as per the company’s norms

• To do daily inventory matching and monthly stock audit

• To prepare the MIS of the Branch

– Cost

– Revenue

– Ratio

• To manage the local compliances and utility work for the branch

• To control the logistics and supply chain activities

Education

Any Graduate and above,

Experience

Min 4-5 Years (Experience with Operation and Sales & Marketing ) Prefreance will be given to Retail Sectore

Excel – Basic network understanding,
