Candidates with specific experience in the Decorative Paints business with at least 13-18 years experience would be a fit.

Briefly the role will be responsible for the following:

• Achieve business targets plan for growth for next year (Market Share Gain Profitability)
• Deliver the Volume and Revenue as per budget from the sales operations maintaining favourable product mix
• Establish new product launches, net reach and market segmentation

Market Distribution

• Management and expansion of channel
• Address dealer grievances in time
