Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Modeller to join our real estate company’s design team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models of our residential bungalows and other projects using software like AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, and Lumion. If you also know Rhino, that would be a bonus. Your portfolio will be a key factor in the selection process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop high-quality 3D models of our residential bungalows and other projects using AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, and Lumion (and Rhino if possible).
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and other team members to understand the project requirements and deliver accurate and detailed 3D models.
• Ensure that all 3D models meet our quality standards and accurately represent the design intent.
• Create renderings and visualizations of 3D models for presentations and marketing purposes.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest 3D modeling and rendering techniques and software tools.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in 3D modeling and rendering.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3Ds Max, and Lumion (and Rhino if possible).
• Excellent understanding of 3D modeling and rendering principles, including lighting, textures, and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate and detailed 3D models.
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with architects, designers, and other team members.
• Good communication skills and the ability to explain complex 3D modeling concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• A portfolio of previous 3D modeling and rendering work that demonstrates your skills and creativity.
