Job Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new leads and closing sales opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, such as cold calling, email marketing, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients and follow up to close sales opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals set by the Sales Manager.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively sell and market them.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B, B2C, B2G environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sales techniques and tools, such as CRM software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field preferred.
Working Conditions:
- This position require travel, primarily within the territory And Also May Anywhere In India assigned .
- The Sales Executive may be required to work irregular hours to accommodate client needs or attend events.
- The role may also require the use of a personal vehicle for travel purposes.
