Role Description

This is a full-time Area Sales Manager role with Teakay Cookies India. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and achieving sales targets. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work taking place in Bihar but with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales and leadership
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Familiarity with the food industry and knowledge of cookies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
