Job Responsibilities

Ø Answering calls & explaining the services offered by the co.

Ø Contacting existing customers, as well as prospective customers using script.

Ø Obtaining customers/ clients information and relevant data.

Ø Understanding the clients specifications and answering their queries.

Ø Maintaining data of the phone calls.

Ø Maintaining database of the customers clients on a regular basis.

Ø Suggesting and handling solutions based on customers/clients needs & requirements.

Key skills required

Ø High school /Diploma/Fresh Graduates

Ø Work experience as a Tele-caller or similar roles will be an add on.

Ø Professional certification in marketing & sales will be an advantage.

Ø Great interpersonal skills.

Ø Excellent oral & written communication skills.

Ø Outstanding problem solving skills.

Ø Strong influencing abilities.

Ø Customer service-oriented with a zeal to achieve.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Morning shift
