• Qualification: MA/ BA from Reputed institutions.

• Location: Patna
• Fluency – In English and Hindi
• Travel – The candidate should be flexible to travel
• Salary – Best in the industry, candidate’s experience, and expertise.

Core Competencies & Requirement:

• Excellent communication skills
• Two-wheeler is a must with an effective Driving license
• Must have a proven track record of success, driving revenue growth against quota and increased profitability in the edtech industry

Responsibility

• Responsible for developing the overall strategy to sell the product .
• Responsible to know customer needs through research and market data.
• Develop and own the Business Plan, Go-to-Market strategy, and P&L for the Salesforce Academy
• Conduct competitor and industry analysis for identifying and proposing product improvement initiatives
• Demand Management, pipeline planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

. Preferred:

• Experience working with an ed-tech company or being involved in sales of any education products.
• Having a keen interest and deep understanding of the Indian education sector
• Experience selling nascent (embryonic/start-up) products/services into new markets.
• Experience in defining new processes.
