Job Description & Responsibility –

• Carry out 3D modeling, 2D drawings, assembly in PTC Creo/Catia
• Good knowledge of automotive systems, Project Management, Monitoring & Execution Knowlege.
• VAVE, Cost management, Project Handling and Team Management Knowledge.
• DMU management, integrating vehicle systems & project coordination with various teams.
• Manage vehicle variants & meet project specific commonization & standardization targets.
• Conceptualize & detailed design VI systems meeting cost weight & functional targets.
• Developing/ tracking/ maintaining detailed timing plans for the components/ systems
• Reviewing existing benchmarking data and obtaining new data as required
• Responsible for CAD sign-off, BOM creation/ management, requirement compliance
• Conduct/ participate regular design reviews and escalate issues requiring help to management.
• Recording & maintaining Design Quality, Weight, functional Targets
• Verification of the detail designs for prototype building
• Utilizes technical skills and design experience to plan, organize, lead,
• Control and co-ordinate design activities.
• Involving in technical discussions

1. Ensure quality of the CAD design, drawings & speed of delivery
2. Workout modularization & standardization proposals
3. Technical documentation & design change analysis
4. Exp in Automotive OEM
5. Exp in Electric Vehicle & Fuel Cell will be the added Advantage.
6. Electric Vehicle & Fuel Cell Architecture.
7. Co-ordination and issue resolution with ODT/IDT/Proto/Production
8. Knowledge of 4D document’s (DFA/DFM/DFS/DFMEA)
