Job Title: Engineer- Product Line (NPI)

Experience: 2-6 years

Qualification: B.E/ B. Tech/ Diploma

Job Location: Jamshedpur

Job profile:

• Checking design for manufacturability of parts, Serviceability, Tool accessibility, commonality etc.
• M-BOM understanding, validation & analysis for non-compliance parts.
• Vehicle Layout understanding & trouble shooting for NPI vehicles.
• Making Change level report & suggestion/implementation for modular design.
• Expertise in Product/Design lifecycle understanding.
• Overall design knowledge of all aggregates.
• Overall, Knowledge of assembly process.
• Co-ordinating with various cross functional depts. for design/mfg. issues resolution.
• Support NPI for launch of Product & Proto building.

Domain Skills:

• Vehicle Integration (Buses)
• Proficient in Automotive Product/Design lifecycle & release process.
• Should have expertise in Automotive assembly processes.
• Overall Understanding of all vehicle aggregates & functions is must.
• Candidates having worked on ‘vehicle integration’ projects is preferable.
• Project Management Skills

Software Skills:

• PLM-Team-center vis Mockup/Professional.
• CATIA/ PRO-E
• MS Excel advance level

Good Communication Skills is a must.
