Qualification:

Diploma/ BE in Mech/Electrical and Electronics/Automobile/Tool & Die making.

Skill-Set: Testing Support

Domain Knowledge:

Knowledge of assembly process, workshop machines, manufacturing process & measuring tools.

Relevant Experience: 2-3 years

Job Description:

The selected consultant will be required to support for Vehicle Assembly as per Drawing & DMU.

Pre Delivery Inspection of Prototype vehicles.

Aggregate arrangement of parts/resources by coordination with store function.

Retro fitment and updation of parts as per requirement.

Maintaining 5S level inside shopfloor.

Contributing to Safety action meetings.

Production time bo oking of operatives.

Maintaining in process production cards of the vehicle.

Documentation for chassis number generation.

Developing proto parts following various Manufacturing, Forming process and measuring tools.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

Basic und erstanding of engineering drawing.

Basic knowledge of computer applications.

Conversant with MS Excel, MS Power point and PLM. Creative thinking and receptive mind.Knowledge of commercial vehicle & aggregates.
