Role DescriptionEnsure purchase of undisputed land (CA and Operations) through due diligence and demarcation with pillars/ boundary wall (for sustenance & Growth)

• Prepare stakeholder management plan and collection of round data for preparation of
• Social impact assessment report required for acquiring land under LARR (Land
• Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement) Act 2015
• Assess the risks related to land acquisition and rehabilitation and cost of LARR for new Mine acquisitions
• Audit of Land mapping and land Title/Legal documents across all locations and make
• Plan for addressing the gaps
• Optimize cost of purchased land
• Monitor Land under litigation and take corrective action
• Identify lands purchased but not in possession of company and take corrective actions.

This position is an IL4/IL5/IL6 Position.
