Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated, patient-focused Rheumatologist to join our team in Jamshedpur. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of rheumatic diseases, excellent diagnostic skills, and the ability to provide compassionate care to patients.

  • Diagnosing and treating conditions and diseases that affect the body’s musculoskeletal system.
  • Conducting physical exams and interpreting the results of laboratory and imaging tests.
  • Prescribing and monitoring medication therapies.
  • Providing advice on lifestyle changes to manage symptoms and promote overall health, such as diet and exercise.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists and occupational therapists to provide comprehensive patient care.
  • Keeping up-to-date with the latest clinical and scientific research in the field of rheumatology.
  • Participating in continuing education activities to maintain and develop professional competence.
  • Providing guidance and supervision to medical students and junior doctors.
  • Ensuring that patient care and treatments are aligned with best practice guidelines in rheumatology.

Other Details

Should have completed MBBS, MD/DNB Medicine or MS/MD- Rheumatology from recognised university.

The university should be NMC/MCI recognized.
