Job Description

• Lead research project under the two electroplating TLA
• Research & Develop electrolyte for new coating chemistries
• Scale up the developments to pilot, demo and commercial scale and coordination for customer trial
• Guiding in operation of the bench, pilot, demo and commercial scale lines along with vendor partners and TSL consultants
• Assist in line trials with the new technology along with TSL collaborator
• Leading independently research project
• Research & Develop electrolyte for new coating chemistries
• Scale up the developments to pilot, demo and commercial scale and coordination for customer trial
• Coordination with M&S and PAG for customer trial
• Completion of R&D projects on time

Role: To research and develop new coating chemistries and corresponding electrolyte development at Lab and further scale up to Electroplating Pilot and Demo Scale Production Facility and customer trial

• Min 2 year of research experience in the area of electroplating preferably at research and development of new coating chemistries with knowledge on coating application including M.Tech and/or Ph.D. experience
