Role Description

• Single point of contact for Foreign Travel Arrangement of Tata Steel India Personnel’s. b)Liaise with various

Embassies for obtaining visas. c)The role requires close coordination with existing travel agents in managing their

performance and compliance

to the agreed KPIs as per Work Oder and ensure compliance in all aspect of travel procedure , International Visa

regulations of different countries & Govt guidelines for foreign exchange .

Skills

Arrangement of Foreign travel. Develop, implement, and manage all travel vendor relationships and

ensuring compliance to service level agreements including all operational issues

To take care of the administrative nature of job related to Foreign Travels in MD’s Office. Analyse,

monitor, and report on travel expenditures and compliance

Monitor business to Travel agents according to their WO. Identify savings opportunities and service

enhancements, initiate process improvements and deployment of best practices

To track incentive back to Tata Steel from Airlines through Travel Agent. Data analysis, report

preparation and quarterly MIS submission.

Contract finalization and tracking. Data analysis, report preparation and quarterly MIS submission.

Single point window for Singapore Perk trip and control of Singapore Guest House. Develop,

implement and manage all travel vendor relationships and ensuring compliance to service level

agreements including all operational issues

Arrangement of travel of Foreign Experts who come for Projects / Consultants etc.

Handle and oversee all international travel arrangements (International flight tickets, Visa, Insurance

and Forex)

PTA for Foreign Experts who come for Project /Consultancy / Maintenance related job. Establishing

and secure positive communication channel with internal and external customers.

Invoice Verification & Bill entries in SAP Liaoning & Managing transactions related queries with

TSBDC/ Listed travel vendors.
