Overall responsibility for infrastructure projects activities and execution and ensuring quality and safety. Ensure to complete the infrastructure and other approved projects assigned within scheduled time & cost.

Incumbent will also be responsible for ensuring safety to ensure zero harm, adherence to time schedule and budgets for completing various projects within approved time & budget i.e. Ensuring Site preparation, Bill of Quantity (BOQ) , RFQ , creating PR and follow up with purchase to convert the PO

• Project Planning & Execution : Planning, Monitoring and control of projects to ensure achievement of its objectives including schedule and cost compliance
• Site condition assessment & Clearance for work execution
• Oversee Site Conditions for ensuring high level of quality & Safety of job
• Development of Manuals & Procedures
• Overall administration and management of the infrastructures including interpretation of the technical specifications
• Review and revise construction drawings as may be necessary from time to time, either to suit site conditions, changes in construction strategy or changes in design
• Reconciliation of issued materials
• Preparation & Revision of HIRA, JSA. Preparation and implementation of SOPs at project sites along with safety standards during project execution. Plan for corrective and preventive measures to ensure that all the sites are accident free.
• Cost estimation and preparation of Purchase requisition
• Responsible for preparation of project review plan, preparation of MIS, Verification of bills, Creation of service entry sheets,
• Coordination with design team for developing drawings, plans etc
• Ensure proper record keeping of documents pertaining to Project details, Bills and issue material filings etc
