Tata Steel Hiring for Asst Manager RM, FG & Dispatch at Tarapur, Bihar, India

Support Head Supply Chain for Planning of Production, Procurement of RM for timely Disaptch & to ensure Customer compliance & smoothly running of business operation in plant considering Safety norms.

Plan and drive implementation of PQCDSME targets and other related activities of SCM outbound in CRCW Plant.

Focus on Productivity, Quality & Safety to ensure organization is carrying out related operations activities to improve the equipment availability and produce the Flat product with zero defect and cost competitive

Drive Safety initiatives and other major initiatives related to safety to achieve zero harm

Compliance to production plan FG & Disaptch and adherence of same related ABP parameters

Coordination with RM supplying units & Transporter for timely availability of RM

Coordination with production planning / FG team for timely despatch the product to fulfil the customer requirements

Coordination with Transporter, Packing team , Customer, Marketing Team for Disaptch Panning for timely despatch the product to fulfil the customer requirements on daily basis.

Ensure timely compliance of legal & Statutory norms.

Prepare MIS & report and Bill certification for all Contractors & Transporters

Analyse, review and initiate action plan to develop digital /idea/saving project
