Job Description,

Upkeeping laboratory equipment by taking care of their preventive and routine maintenance

and providing in-time and accurate chemical analysis of Metal, Ores, Slags, Ferro Alloys and other raw materials by instrumental methods.

• Maintenance of analytical instruments and ensure 99% availability.

Preparation of preventive maintenance schedule for every equipment

and ensure upkeeping of all equipment by in time maintenance and ensuring the availability of spares and consumables.

Attending the breakdown of the equipment and supporting the service engineers during PM

• Timely & accurate analytical results to the customer & Compliance to customer special testing requirement in the shifts
• MOU compliance
• Maintain NABL accreditation for laboratory.
• Achieve targets related to ABP, Safety and Daily Management.

Skills

Skill Required: Experience in maintenance and Operation of analytical equipment like XRF Spectrometer,

OES,Carbon,Sulphur,Oxygen and Nitrogen analysers, Inductively coupled Plasma Spectrometer etc.

Other Details

ME/MQ

BE/B.Tech in Electrical and Electronics or Electronics and Instrumentation or Instrumentation (Dual subjects is preferable).
