Skills
Cost Planning – ABP and LTP target setting for KPIs, cost and other operating parameters
Cost Review and control – Ensuring review of cost, Finding and analyzing root cause for deviation wrt plan, Corrective and preventive action for cost deviation, Development of standard cost
Strategic Cost management – Analyzing the domestic and international competitors cost and financial performance, gaps wrt TSL; Benchmarking KPIs ; Monitoring strategic shifts and long term cost implications; Long term trend analysis
Facilitating decision making and generating insights of Corporate significance –
- Make vs buy
- Opportunity loss analysis
- Inter site benchmarking and analysis of Operating KPIs and cost and finding opportunity for improvements
- Techno economic analysis of business proposals
- Deep dive into specific cost areas
