Employment Type: Contractual (on a yearly renewal basis)
Location: Jamshedpur
Purpose of the Role: This position will function as BU of a few of the organizational verticals/programmes. This position will also be responsible for the Learning and Development, Induction & Onboarding interventions in TSF.
Reporting Relationship: Assistant Manager HRBP———>Head People Officer
Key Deliverables:
- Responsible as BU HR for the assigned organizational verticals/programmes.
- Workforce planning and design programmes for the assigned organizational verticals/programmes.
- Responsible for talent acquisition as per the Company’s requirements.
- Responsible for Induction & Onboarding of new recruits.
- Custodian of the People Team MIS and employee personal files.
- Responsible for driving the Learning and Development initiatives of the Company.
Minimum Qualification: Full-time two-year MBA with at least one elective being HR.
Minimum No. of years of experience: 0-3 years of work experience.
Technical Skill Sets required (Mandatory): MS-Office suite with proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
