Purpose :
Align with overall need of Steel Marketing & Sales. To meet the long & short term sales objectives for the division by understanding the existing and future needs of the customers. Product is steel doors and windows with wooden finish.
- Ensure booking of orders as per the business plan and maintain adequate order funnel. Sales to booking ratio to be achieved as per plan
- Co-ordinate with Manufacturing Unit/ Supply Chain team for ensuring sufficient inventory in the system to avoid stock out.
- To establish robust sales and delivery process to reach the customer. Key performance measures being quality of data captured, number of distributor visits, increase in app adoption, Net Promoter Score etc
- To conduct regular meets, engagement program for influencers and organize presentations. To set up installer team and handle top accounts directly.
Skills
Experience in Sales, Business Development, New Business Generation is required.

B.E/B-Tech Any Discipline preferably with MBA/PGDM Back ground (From AICTE/UGC Approves Institutes)
