Purpose of the position
Structural durability & RLDA activity:
Structural durability testing by using 8-Poster / 4-Poster system
Strain gauging and measurement of vibration level using accelerometers
Vehicle level durability validation using RPC Pro software on 8-Poster system
Data analysis with RPC Pro software
Fatigue life estimation using N-code software and RPC Pro
Experience of using Glyph works for data processing
MTS hydraulic actuators and Parker accumulator operation and maintenance

Education BE in Mechanical / Automobile
Skills Knowledge of RPC Pro software
Exp. of Glyph works software for data processing
PLM related exposure & Hands on working

Job Responsibility
S.N. Job Responsibility
1 Responsible for structural durability testing & validation of HCV on 8-Poster system
2 Strain gauging activity on component level & measurement of vibration level using accelerometers at multiple locations on vehicle.
3 RLDA activity at Test track / Highway and related Data analysis.
4 Coordinate with Design team for Input parameters for RLDA activity / Strain gauging and execution of test trial on Highway / Test track / Torture track.
5 Coordinate with multiple agencies for procurement of machinery spares.
6 AMC activity of system and up keeping of the system for testing purpose.
7 Preparation of Test report and sharing / release of the same with the concerned Design team.
