Minimum of 10+ years of experience as SAP Project Manager role for Manufacturing industry

Team Management: Lead and coordinate a Support team comprising functional SAP consultants, business analysts, and other professionals who are experts in SAP modules and business processes

Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document project requirements, ensuring that SAP solutions align with the organization-s specific business need

Should have very good overview of SAP S/4 HANA any core (functional) modules. Not necessarily an expert on all modules but should be able to organize team and resolve critical situation or complex requirements

Solution Design: Work with functional SAP consultants to design and configure SAP solutions, customizing the system to support business processes, such as finance, supply chain, human resources, or customer relationship management

Should be capable of handling medium / large size team
