Emergency Medicine/ Intensive Care:
Should be competent doctor.
Should be able to perform the following :
- Examine patient
- Advice given to patient for investigation and medicines
- If dressing / stitching required then send to him / her to OT.
- If admission required IPD
- Institute treatment immediately.
- If dressing / stitching required then send to him / her to OT
- To attend the OPD patients daily at OHC.
- To look after the treatment and medical care of patients admitted in wards under guidance of Head Medical. Medical care and attendance includes writing of proper case notes on admission daily instructions regarding diet and treatment of the patient’s supervision of general nursing care done by nursing staff and doing surgical procedures etc. as and when necessary or advised by HEAD MEDICAL / CMS.
- To conduct annual medical examination employees as and when required.
- Besides professional clinical duties mentioned above the medical officers will be responsible for Medical store Dispensary, general store, X-ray unit, Laboratory, Operation theatre, Hospital Kitchen etc. When assigned by Head Medical as per availability of doctors. Medical officers will have to supervise and ensure functioning of the stores of the section allotted to him.
- Support administration in checking attendance/ recommendation of leave grant,preparation of duties etc.
Radiology:
Should be competent doctor.
Should be able to perform the following:
Pathology:
- Stay up to date with developments in the fields of pathology and medical practice
- Study blood samples for transfusion use including the blood type, blood group, cell morphology, and compatibility with other blood types
- Use medical equipment and computerized systems to perform various lab tests
- Operate laboratory equipment such as cell counters and microscopes
- Log data from lab tests and enter results in patient’s record
Paediatrics:
Should be competent doctor.
Should be able to perform the following:
- Conducting thorough examinations on newborns and young children to check and record their health and normal physical development
- Examining sick children and reaching an informed diagnosis
- Prescribing medications and giving detailed instructions for administration
- Orthopaedics
- General Surgery
- Should be able to perform and diagnose all surgeries and perform them efficiently.
Collaborate with anesthesiologists, CRNAs, physician assistants, perioperative staff, and perianesthesia staff, perform operations to treat or prevent diseases, repair damage caused by injuries, correct deformities, surgeon is responsible for the preoperative diagnosis of the patient, for performing the operation, and for providing the patient with postoperative care.
- Psychiatry
- Should be a competent doctor. Should be able to diagnose and treat them efficiently
Skills Orthopaedics
- Consulting with patients and analysing patient data to determine patient needs and treatment goals
- Ordering tests and diagnosing musculoskeletal diseases and illnesses
- Prescribing medication and referring patients to physical therapy when necessary, or performing non-invasive procedures such as casting and splinting limbs.
- Performing surgical procedures on various parts of musculoskeletal system, including plating broken bones, reattaching tendons and ligaments, or performing joint or hip replacements, among other procedures.
- Administering general and local anesthetics, when necessary
- Providing post-operative care and rehabilitation
- Monitoring ongoing progress and health of patients, and changing treatment plans, as necessary
- Recording patient care by maintaining detailed notes of appointments with patients, including comments, tests, and/ or treatment prescribed, and test results.
Skills
Emergency Medicine/ Intensive Care:
Should have the following skills:
- Overseeing the maintenance and administration of occupational health center.
- Conducting periodic training programmes on First Aid, General health & hygiene.
- Organizing health internal audits & risk assessment implementing health management system advising employers / employees on safe 8t healthy work practices & health management systems.
- Coordinating in-house trainings on health and safety.
Radiology:
Should have the following skills:
- Reviewing and interpreting medical images to determine patient status and future medical care
- Determining the exact images required for diagnosis and delivering orders
- Administering trace amounts of radioactive substances to create and enhance diagnostic images
- Performing minimally invasive surgical techniques with image guidance
- Working with primary care doctors, nurses and radiology technicians to administer treatment and manage pain
- Proven work experience as a Radiologist or similar role
- Knowledge of general surgery practices to help diagnose and treat injuries
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong motor skills and manual dexterity to handle small tools and imaging equipment
- Ability to work long and irregular hours based on the clinic’s needs
- Advanced analytical skills and attention to detail to interpret imaging results
- Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations
Pathology:
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Pathologist or similar role
- Valid and active medical license
- Experience using lab testing equipment, such as microscopes and flow cytometers
- Exceptional analytical and research skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Pathologist
Paediatrics:
Should have the following skills:
- Conduct regular thorough examinations on newborns and young children to check and record their health and normal physical development
- Examine sick children to determine their condition and ask intuitive questions to gather information about symptoms
- Reach an informed diagnosis based on scientific knowledge and individual medical history
- Prescribe medications and give detailed instructions for administration
- Prescribe and interpret appropriate lab tests to gain more information for possible infections or abnormalities
- Prepare and administer vaccines according to the governmental vaccination plan
- Examine and treat injuries and refer the little patients to physicians of other disciplines when necessary (e.g. surgeons, ophthalmologists, orthopedists etc.)
- Advise parents on children’s diet, exercise and disease preventive measures
- Keep updated records of patients illnesses, surgeries or other medical episodes (allergic shocks, injuries etc.)
- Keep abreast of advancements in pediatrics and best practices by attending seminars and conferences
- Proven experience as a pediatrician
- In depth knowledge of children epidemiology and infectious diseases
- Exquisite knowledge of diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitation principles and techniques
- Up to speed knowledge of drugs/medication appropriate for children and their side-effects
- Familiarity with traditional and web-based prescription systems
