Design training content, decide training delivery mechanisms, conduct participant assessments, identify process improvements and suggest both internal and external training delivery possibilities to ensure best in class delivery of all IT/Digital related Training programmes based on training needs identified and desired by the Business Units

Establishing & driving structured learning interventions in various digital technologies like visualization, analytics, data etc. as per the organisational needs.

Active involvement in all sectional/departmental activities, maintenance of various quality system, DM system, documents & records and other statutory requirements

Active contribution in improving the digital landscape of the department to achieve organisational goal of providing world-class learning experience to all stakeholders

Skills

Technical Competencies:
1)
In-depth understanding of any one of the following technologies/tools : Data Science Internet of Things DevOps Agile Visualization
2)
Good knowledge on different IT tools/portals like MS-Office, SAP, SQL etc..
3)
Familiarity with the end to end training design and delivery process.

Other details

(Full Time) B. TECH or equivalent / MCA from a recognised Institute with relevant experience in Automation/ IT function.
