Design & Development of Fuel system

Project Deliverables:

1) Preparation of CAD Model of Diesel & CNG Fuel system system for Commercial Vehicle models

2) DMU Check and critical clearance analysis check , 4D (DFM/DFA/DFS/DFMEA) preperation and Sign off co-ordination

3) Basic system calculation , Quality of Design check and carrying out FEA analysis with support from CAE team.

4) CAD drawings preparation & Design Release in PLM

5) Closure of Design issues reported from Testing and validation and Field

6) Coordination of technical activities and bringing closures

1) Design releases in PLM following Design release process of TML

2) Protobuild , Testing and validation co-ordination , issue tracking and closure

3) Benchmarking and analysis

Education

Mechanical Engineering

Minimum Yrs of Experience: 8 years

Skills : Pro-e , PLM , 4D (DFM/DFA/DFS/DFMEA) exposure, Good Analytical and Technical skills

1) Expertise in CAD work (PRO-E)

2) Must be having Basic knowledge of Automotive systems and preferably in CNG system Design

3) Exposure in PLM , 4D (DFM/DFA/DFS/DFMEA)

4) Good analytical and technical skiills in Automotive domain
