To investigate cases of ethical misconduct, especially through digital forensic investigation, identify internal control gaps in business processes and systems that provide scope for malpractices, proactive studies to identify ethical concerns, and organize vigilance awareness programs. Work as the IT resource for the Vigilance Department.
Skills
. Understanding of IT Technology
. Performing Digital forensic investigation of Desktop/Laptop, Mobile, Email files, DVR/NVR, Database and IT application against all assigned cases of ethical compromises with minimum Cycle time.
. System Review – Review of business processes of various units / departments, identifying key internal control gaps in the business processes investigated.
. Vigilance Enquiry – Ensuring fool proof and effective investigations with minimum cycle time, conducting surprise checks, ensuring proactive Vigilance, Submitting fact-based investigation reports.
. Data Management/ Server Management
. Enabling IT solutions for the department
. Strengthen internal processes & documentation.
. Domestic Enquiry – Providing support to Management Representative for domestic enquiries.
. Networking & Awareness – Consolidate information network, Organize events during Vigilance Awareness Week, Collaborate & Liaison with external and internal stakeholders, including ITS.

Educational Qualification: Full Time BE, BTech, BCA, BSc (IT, Maths, Stats), ME/MTech, MCA, MSc (Maths, Stats)
Technical Competencies: IT System Design and Development, Database Programming, Understanding of Computer Networking, Analytical Skills, Technical Aptitude, Working Knowledge of Ms Office 365 suits of application, Knowledge of SAP and Other Corporate systems of TSL, Understanding of Internal Control Systems.
Behavioural Competencies: Hardworking, Drive for Results, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Networking and Collaboration, Stakeholder management, Decision Making
Relevant Experience: Job experience in IT system design and development, Experience in Digital Forensic Investigation will be Preferred.
