Position Summary With Job Responsibilities

Design & Development of Fuel system

Project Deliverables

• Preparation of CAD Model of Diesel & CNG Fuel system system for Commercial Vehicle models
• DMU Check and critical clearance analysis check , 4D (DFM/DFA/DFS/DFMEA) preperation and Sign off co-ordination
• Basic system calculation , Quality of Design check and carrying out FEA analysis with support from CAE team.
• CAD drawings preparation & Design Release in PLM
• Closure of Design issues reported from Testing and validation and Field
• Coordination of technical activities and bringing closures
• Design releases in PLM following Design release process of TML
• Protobuild , Testing and validation co-ordination , issue tracking and closure
• Benchmarking and analysis

Mechanical Engineering

Work Experience

Minimum Yrs of Experience: 8 years

Skills : Pro-e , PLM , 4D (DFM/DFA/DFS/DFMEA) exposure, Good Analytical and Technical skills

• Expertise in CAD work (PRO-E)
• Must be having Basic knowledge of Automotive systems and preferably in CNG system Design
• Exposure in PLM , 4D (DFM/DFA/DFS/DFMEA)
• Good analytical and technical skiills in Automotive domain
