As the Location Head Administrator in Jamshedpur, you’ll lead administrative operations, ensuring seamless office management and supporting various departments of approx.. 500 employee base. Your role is pivotal in maintaining organizational efficiency and fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Lead and support the administrative team, promoting collaboration and efficiency.
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office and site operations, including facilities and procurement.
  • Support Functions: Provide administrative support to departments, managing schedules and correspondence.
  • HR Assistance: Assist with HR tasks like onboarding and maintaining personnel records.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage budgets and expenses, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Vendor Relations: Coordinate with external vendors for services and contracts.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations.

Communication: Facilitate internal communication and organize team meetings.

Qualifications:
