Job Description
Job Family Descriptor Lead schedule and monitor program management activities for all customer deliveries Execute projects on a crossfunctional and regional basis within the allocated costs defined scope and timelines Drive compliance to the change control process Drive mitigation of delivery issues and timelines through effective escalation management with senior management when necessary Review progress and margins of projects on a periodic basis and ensure faster revenue realization through appropriate prioritization of orders Conduct periodic meetings with customersstakeholdersvendors to discuss issues and related action items Identify areas of improvement and drive specific initiatives to address issues raised by customers around order delivery Functional Requirements Responsible for e2e Project Management for rolling out a Private Network in Multiple geographies Create Project Plan budget rollout project within approved budget Work in close coordination with solutioning team customer to create Acceptance plan ensure acceptance of the deployment Service Partner Subcontractor Management Prepare an acceptance plan for the Network getting deployed Service Assurance Plan for the deployed Network as per TATA Communications guidelines customer requirements Interface towards OEM Providers of use cases Should be able to manage the field force – plan execution of Ability to work in Industrial environment Maritain strong Customer relationship Key Requirements Clear understanding of 5G 4G other cellular technologies including Wifi In-depth understanding of RAN Core subsystems of cellular technology -3GPP In depth understanding of RAN Site design Clear understanding of eTOM model for Service Assurance Service delivery Proven experience of rolling out maintaining Cellular networks Sound knowledge of TCP IP Firewall Application integration Fluent with Voice CS PS SMS and Data call flows across technologies Sound Knowledge of Platform deployments in Cloud like AWS Azure any variant Experience in Deploying an automation use case for an Enterprise would be an added advantage Minimum qualification experience Minimum 12-15 of total experience – Domain requirements 10-12 Years – Functional requirements 10-12 Years Must have worked with Domain Functional requirements for following industries- – Service Delivery OEMs Project rollout of MNOs Enterprise Education Technical Professional Certificates Bachelor of Engineering B E B tech – Computer Engineering Electronics Telecommunication Certifications in PMP is preferred Key Skills Experience of working within a multicultural environment Excellent communication and presentation skills Advanced working knowledge on MS-Office applications including excel and power point Other Requirements Good team player with self-motivation and quick self-learner Maintaining good working relationships with other departments and our partners Understand product and solutions strategies and implement them under local conditions Eagerness to take on and define new responsibilities Open approach to solving problems and dealing with new proposals Able to work as a member of a team and guide other team members from time to time Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands Documentation capabilities are a must Knowledge Skills Communication Skills Tata Communications
