Core Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the zonal sales/credit team at hub and develop robust technical evaluation norms.
- Monitor and scrutinize projects for approval by the organization, ensuring compliance on legal and technical aspects and their timely updations.
- Analyze new upcoming residential projects in the zone and facilitate its speedy approval for advanced processing and funding.
- Evaluate builder and projects so as to facilitate property audits to analyze collateral risk and efficiently manage quality real estate portfolio of the organization
- Monitor market feasibility of projects for industrial, residential, commercial or institutional projects, periodically checking property documents and identifying bylaws violation as per plot size.
- Manage the vendors involved in the technical evaluation process, ensuring regular vendor visits and assuming responsibility for all vendor payments
- Train and evaluate the proficiency levels of the team on a regular basis, ensuring productivity and cost effectiveness of team Maintain TAT targets for the technical evaluation process.
- Work closely with the legal counterpart on the technical evaluation front.
- Carry out spot checks on a frequent basis and maintain an MIS related to the technical evaluation.
- Monitor handling of fraud cases on the technical front i.e. identification, handling, reporting and facilitating closure as per the action decided
- Build and strengthen relationships with valuation agencies, real estate developers and local government bodies for market analysis and Market updations.
- Help maintain a healthy portfolio through the preparation of feasibility reports, valuation reports, project monitoring reports and market surveys to gather data on the real estate market.
- Understand and analyze risks associated with property / project / market / developer and analyze exposure that can be taken.
- Develop a deep market intelligence so as to understand its impact upon lending parameters, property valuations and other financial implications.
Graduate : Yes (Diploma/ Degree in Civil/ Architecture)
Masters/Postgraduate: Yes
Desired Experience: Minimum 10 to 12 years in the field.
