• Managing a team size of at least 4-5 people (preferably ASM level)
- Managing preferably digital channel/direct business
- Understanding of repurchase, refinance, used car model and financiers
- Coordinating with sales team for driving sales target
- Liasoning with Credit/Ops for relook of cases
- Coordinating with contact centre to ensure smooth flow of leads
- Ensuring execution of various campaigns to maintain the traffic
Qualification Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
