TATA Capital Looking for Hindsighting Manager at Thane, Maharashtra

Key Objective of the Job:

Ensuring underwriting done by Credit Team is as per laid down Policy
Major Deliverables:

• Review of Policy Parameters, Documentation check, Analysis of observations for necessary correction in the credit appraisal process
• Building Sampling Logic to extract samples for Hind sighting
• Preparing Data Quality Report which highlights the quality of critical data points captured in system.
• Collaborate with Risk, Operation& Policy team for any change in the process/policy
• Ensure credit approvals within the authority.
• Ensure all deviation are raised and resolved prior to a credit decision
• Feedback to Credit Team on Hind Sighting Report
• Training of Hind Sighting Team.

Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or Equivalent
