Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Branch Manager at Tata Capital located in Patna. The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch, including managing the branch staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulations. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for driving business growth in the assigned region and building strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
