1. Training Management Pro-actively engage with business and functional management to agree training plans and ensure training content. Spearheading productivity enhancement measures for the front-line sales professionals recruited time to time.

2. Product Training Conducting end to end training on insurance products specifically on Health. Developing and deploying professional programs in sync with business requirements in aligned divisions including Agency Channel, Bancassurance, Digital, Entrepreneur & D2C.

3. On-Boarding Programs In cooperation with Workforce Management Team, schedule all training activities including the New Employees Induction, Cross Learning Programs, Neev & Saksham trainings. Leading employee training by using interactive discussions along with hands-on approaches to help members learn and apply concepts.

4. Sales Training Responsible in creating and deploying a comprehensive and developmental sales training, by following the consistent sales strategy, sales competencies and key sales process flows.
